1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) and Light Mind Creation (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the GetReviews service, available at getreviews.lightmindcreation.com (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Overview

The Service is designed to automate the process of requesting, responding to, and repurposing Google reviews. Key features include:

  • Personalized review requests sent via SMS and email.
  • Automated responses to each review, incorporating reviewer names and context.
  • Creation and distribution of social media content based on 5-star reviews.
  • Full integration with your existing business processes, requiring minimal adjustments.

3. Business Compatibility and Platform Support

Our Service is compatible with any business that collects client contact information. While we can support multiple review platforms (e.g., Yelp, Facebook), we prioritize Google Reviews due to their impact on local SEO and visibility.

4. Integration and Onboarding

The Service integrates with over 6,000 applications to ensure a seamless experience. We offer a straightforward onboarding process, requiring a 30 to 40-minute setup call. Customizations can be discussed during onboarding, although we recommend using our pre-validated scripts for optimal performance.

5. Usage Limitations

  • Monthly review request limits depend on your selected subscription plan (50, 100, or 300 requests per month).
  • Results may vary based on customer volume, industry type, and client satisfaction.
  • Unused requests do not carry over to the following month.
  • No guarantees are made regarding the number of reviews received.

For new accounts, we initiate a "Review Reactivation" campaign to past customers, typically resulting in a 10-20% response rate.

6. Negative Review Management

Negative reviews are addressed with empathy and professionalism. You will be notified immediately upon receipt of a negative review, and our average client rating exceeds 4.98 stars across the last 5,000 responses.

7. Pricing and Payment

We offer the following monthly subscription tiers:

  • Starter: $99/month – Up to 50 review requests
  • Growth: $199/month – Up to 100 review requests
  • Pro: $299/month – Up to 300 review requests

All plans include automated requests, AI-powered responses, CRM integration, and more. A 14-day free trial is available to all new users. Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly. Payments must be made via credit card. No refunds are issued for partial months, unless legally required.

8. Subscription Terms and Cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle and are prorated accordingly.

9. Data Privacy and Security

  • Customer data is used solely for sending review requests and is never sold or shared.
  • We adhere to strict data handling and privacy policies in line with applicable laws.

10. Reporting and Analytics

You will have access to a dashboard providing metrics including review collection rates, campaign performance, and response data.

11. Customer Support

  • Support is available via email and text with same-day response times.
  • Phone support is available for clients on Growth and Pro plans.
  • Support requests are answered within 24 business hours.

12. Client Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information for your clients.
  • Ensure legal compliance when collecting and using customer data.
  • Provide accurate and truthful business information.

13. Service Availability

While we strive for 99% uptime, service interruptions may occur due to platform changes, internet issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Service belongs to Light Mind Creation. Clients retain rights to their business content and data. Any unauthorized use or replication of our technology is prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding specific results. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client over the previous 12 months.

16. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA.

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided in the event of material changes. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.
